Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 17, 2025

At Splashed by DKG, every piece is created with intention. Because we are a custom-driven fashion brand, our return and refund policies are designed to reflect the nature of custom work while remaining clear and fair.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Final Sale on Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom, made-to-order, and personalized items are FINAL SALE.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Made-to-measure garments

  • Custom-designed pieces

  • One-of-one or exclusive items

  • Altered or personalized products

  • Workshop-created or collaborative items

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

By placing a custom or made-to-order order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.


2. Ready-to-Wear Items (When Available)

For limited ready-to-wear items only:

  • Returns or exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition

  • Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery

Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to inventory availability.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.


3. Refunds

Approved refunds (when applicable):

  • Are issued to the original form of payment

  • Do not include original shipping fees

  • May take several business days to process depending on your payment provider

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Delays in production or shipping

  • Incorrect sizing when measurements were provided or approved by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse


4. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered at our discretion for eligible ready-to-wear items only.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Any price differences between exchanged items

Custom items are not eligible for exchange.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a clear defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit when applicable.


6. Shipping Delays & Refund Eligibility

Because many Splashed by DKG pieces are custom-made:

  • Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations

  • Delays will be communicated directly to the customer

7. Refusal of Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request that:

  • Does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy

  • Shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Is returned without prior approval
