Welcome to Splashed by DKG. We’re a custom-driven fashion brand rooted in creativity, craftsmanship, and intention. By accessing our website, purchasing from us, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. About Splashed by DKG

Splashed by DKG is a custom-focused fashion brand offering made-to-order garments, accessories, workshops, styling services, and limited ready-to-wear items. Many of our pieces are one-of-one or produced in small runs, which means every item is created with purpose and individuality in mind.

By using our site or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Custom Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Because we are a custom-driven brand, all custom and made-to-order purchases are considered final sale.

Custom Orders Include:

  • Made-to-measure garments

  • Personalized or altered designs

  • One-of-one or exclusive pieces

  • Workshop-created or collaborative items

Once a custom order is placed:

  • Production begins shortly after payment is received

  • Changes may not be possible once work has started

  • Timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and volume

We encourage all clients to review measurements, design details, and inspiration carefully before submitting a custom order.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of our work:

  • Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

  • Sale items are final sale

For ready-to-wear items (when applicable):

  • Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned within the stated timeframe

If you receive an item with a clear defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and order details.

4. Production Timelines & Delivery

All production timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Fashion is a hands-on process, and delays may occur due to sourcing, production volume, or unforeseen circumstances.

Splashed by DKG is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Update pricing at any time

  • Correct errors in pricing or product descriptions

Payment must be received in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, garments, images, videos, logos, text, and creative content associated with Splashed by DKG are the intellectual property of Splashed by DKG and Daniel Grier.

You may not:

  • Reproduce or copy designs

  • Use images or content for commercial purposes without permission

  • Claim Splashed by DKG work as your own

Custom work created for clients remains the property of Splashed by DKG unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Styling Services & Workshops

Styling services, consultations, and workshops:

  • Are non-refundable once rendered

  • May require advance booking and deposits

  • May be rescheduled with notice, subject to availability

Missed appointments or no-shows may result in forfeited fees.

8. Client Conduct

We value mutual respect and collaboration. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in:

  • Abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior

  • Fraudulent or dishonest activity

  • Repeated violations of these Terms

9. Marketing Communications (Email & SMS Opt-In)

By opting in through our website, checkout, forms, or other channels, you agree to receive marketing and transactional communications from Splashed by DKG.

This may include:

  • Order updates and confirmations

  • Exclusive drops and custom opportunities

  • Event announcements, workshops, and fashion shows

  • Promotions and brand updates

SMS & Email Consent:

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase

  • Message and data rates may apply

  • Message frequency may vary

You may opt out at any time:

  • SMS: Reply STOP to any text message

Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

10. Privacy

11. Limitation of Liability

Splashed by DKG is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses resulting from misuse of products

  • Variations in handmade or custom items, which are inherent to the process

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
