At Splashed by DKG, every piece is created with intention. Because we are a custom-driven brand, shipping timelines may vary by product. This Shipping Policy is designed to keep expectations clear and communication transparent.


1. Shipping Timelines

Shipping dates and estimated delivery windows are clearly listed in each individual product description.

These timelines reflect:

  • Custom production or made-to-order creation

  • Limited-run or one-of-one availability

  • Sourcing and construction requirements

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping timeline stated on the product page at the time of purchase.


2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Most Splashed by DKG pieces are custom or made-to-order.

Please note:

  • Production begins after payment is received

  • Timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Each piece is handcrafted, which may impact completion timing

Because of this process, shipping times may be longer than mass-produced brands. This is intentional and part of the value of custom work.


3. Delays & Communication

While we strive to meet all stated shipping timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Material sourcing

  • Production volume

  • Custom design complexity

  • Circumstances beyond our control

If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you directly via email or text using the contact information provided at checkout.

Transparency is important to us, and we will always communicate updates as they arise.


4. Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier best suited for your order. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Splashed by DKG is not responsible for:

  • Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

Any reshipping fees resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic and international shipping availability may vary by product.

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has shipped, Splashed by DKG is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and item

We will assist in filing a claim when applicable.


8. Final Sale Reminder

Please remember:

  • Custom and made-to-order items are final sale

  • Shipping delays do not qualify for cancellations or refunds once production has begun
